Responsibilities

Database administration / Channel Lineup Management
Participate in the review, approval, and administration of changes to customer’s channel lineups
Publish channel lineups/policies and administer channel overrides in CLM (Channel Lineup Manager) application
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., TPX, Comcast Business, Billing) to ensure end-to-end channel lineup integrity
Manage multiple projects, including tracking contract compliance, analyzing network carriage, and preparing executives for contract negotiations
Create and maintain internal reports and presentations for executives and field management
Update reports to summarize contract terms for carriage, packaging, and distribution commitments through the contract checklist process
Other duties and special projects as assigned
