  • Lead system enhancements, resolve technical issues, and train end-users
  • Collaborate on global and local projects from requirements gathering to implementation
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, GMP, and internal audit standards
  • Manage and maintain customer and material master data
  • Coordinate costing and pricing updates in alignment with global policies
  • Conduct regular data reviews and cleansing to uphold data integrity
