Responsibilities

Deliver frontline support for replenishment, order-to-cash, inventory, and credit management processes
Lead system enhancements, resolve technical issues, and train end-users
Collaborate on global and local projects from requirements gathering to implementation
Ensure compliance with SOX, GMP, and internal audit standards
Manage and maintain customer and material master data
Coordinate costing and pricing updates in alignment with global policies
Conduct regular data reviews and cleansing to uphold data integrity
