Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related field
  • Develop basic market research skills/competencies via on-the-job learnings and other online/offline trainings, with limited support/guidance from senior member/project leader
  • Familiar with basic market research methodology/industry knowledge
  • Well communication/coordination with supporting modules (e.g., FW, Data Process, Quality Control team)
  • Well time/resource management when handling multi-studies
  • Keep effective performance & well EQ management under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Support project team on overall execution of market research project to ensure timely delivery, and take main responsibility in proposal preparation
  • Assist in drafting research materials and other tasks leading up to final report preparation (for quantitative studies: questionnaire design, table specs, code frames, report charting error-free, writing key takeaway messages; for qualitative studies: drafting discussion guide, conduct in-depth interviews with supervision, prepare content analysis/summary of IDIs, assist in qualitative report preparation)
  • Take responsibility in overall project management with minimal support from project leader
  • Well communication/coordination with supporting modules to push projects moving smoothly
  • Provide on-the-job coaching to analyst/researcher or intern if available
