Requirements

  • Expert ability to create and run financial models in Excel

Responsibilities

  • Support Regional Deal Leads in all aspects of Development Acquisitions and Asset Management through financial modeling and market research
  • Lead the initial review of new development opportunities, including reviewing offering materials, conducting research, and running financial models
  • Critically evaluate investment opportunities and provide investment recommendations
  • Assist in the creation and assessment of project budgets and forecasts
  • Build and maintain detailed analyses related to property valuation and asset performance
  • Create written investment proposals for presentation to internal leadership
  • Research loan document covenants pertaining to leasing, future funding, and other covenants as necessary
  • Build financial models and perform scenario analysis using Excel and Argus
