Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline and strong problem-solving abilities, high motivation and work ethic, adjustable learner with dedication to continuous learning, client service orientation with attention to quality and detail, excellent task and time management, effective communication skills in English, and the ability to work across global cross-office teams.
Analyze data and design custom solutions to uncover insights and solve client problems. Process large-scale healthcare datasets using Excel, SQL, Alteryx, and other database management tools. Develop recommendations for the client and create PowerPoint slides or online visualizations (Tableau, PowerBI, Sisense) to communicate results to clients and internal teams. Collaborate with internal teams and others to learn new skills.
