Responsibilities

Monitorar e manter sistemas críticos em funcionamento, garantindo alta disponibilidade
Analisar e resolver incidentes complexos, propondo soluções definitivas
Executar manutenções preventivas e corretivas para evitar falhas
Colaborar com equipes de desenvolvimento e infraestrutura para corrigir bugs e implementar melhorias
Gerenciar tickets e SLAs, garantindo cumprimento dos prazos
Documentar procedimentos e soluções, assegurando compliance e auditoria
Orientar analistas de níveis inferiores, atuando como referência técnica
Participar de reuniões de alinhamento com clientes e stakeholders para reportar status e propor melhorias
