Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core). Experience in SaaS environments and a deep understanding of multi-tenant systems, APIs, and distributed application behavior are required. The ideal candidate enjoys debugging complex edge cases and possesses strong communication skills for effective partnership.

Responsibilities

The Site Reliability Engineer will resolve complex customer issues and bugs by troubleshooting .NET service behaviors, data anomalies, or performance bottlenecks and debugging support requests requiring engineering insight. They will drive bug resolution by identifying root causes and delivering fixes, maintain empathy during incident response, and join customer calls to investigate issues firsthand. Additionally, the engineer will build and maintain internal diagnostics tools, dashboards, and scripts, create reusable utilities for inspecting customer environments, and identify patterns in escalations to reduce friction through automation. They will also mentor Tier 2 agents on technical systems and debugging practices, host working sessions on incident root causes, and collaborate to improve workflows and escalation paths.
