  • ICS 100 - INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM
  • Operating Systems: Unix, Windows, iOS, and Android

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary interface between the IT department and the business for infrastructure and logical systems issues
  • Participate in testing, homologation, and acceptance activities for delivered solutions
  • Identify and resolve performance issues within environments and systems supporting the CICC (Central Information and Communication Center)
  • Perform remote testing of systems and equipment, analyzing protocols, logs, and other information to identify system and service failures
  • Create, maintain, and modify scripts for monitoring and security management tools
  • Support the design and maintenance of solution architecture within the CICC
  • Support the adoption of low-code tools or other solutions to simplify work routines and support CICC operations
  • Interact with vendors for support and technological improvements related to solutions used within the CICC
  • Analyze and support the correction of configuration issues for security equipment in partnership with the IT department
  • Maintain and design alarms related to corporate security monitoring, including equipment and local installations
