Responsibilities

Act as a primary interface between the IT department and the business for infrastructure and logical systems issues
Participate in testing, homologation, and acceptance activities for delivered solutions
Identify and resolve performance issues within environments and systems supporting the CICC (Central Information and Communication Center)
Perform remote testing of systems and equipment, analyzing protocols, logs, and other information to identify system and service failures
Create, maintain, and modify scripts for monitoring and security management tools
Support the design and maintenance of solution architecture within the CICC
Support the adoption of low-code tools or other solutions to simplify work routines and support CICC operations
Interact with vendors for support and technological improvements related to solutions used within the CICC
Analyze and support the correction of configuration issues for security equipment in partnership with the IT department
Maintain and design alarms related to corporate security monitoring, including equipment and local installations
