  • Administrar os casos encaminhados pelo sistema de atendimento (inbound) via e-mail, chat e telefone
  • Fornecer respostas ágeis e baseadas nos procedimentos corporativos à Rede de Concessionárias Chevrolet
  • Ajudar a identificar preocupações de qualidade do produto
  • Garantir a melhoria contínua, entrega eficaz, retenção de clientes e rentabilidade em operações de serviço
  • Atuar proativamente e assertivamente no controle de qualidade dos veículos diagnosticados
  • Reportar ao time de Serviços (outbound)
