Responsibilities

Coordinate the institutional visits process at Cenpes: receive visitors, present Cenpes, its structure and main areas of activity, clarify doubts, etc
Elaborate and update material for presentations to visitors
Articulate with R&D managements to promote visits to laboratories and technical presentations
Plan and develop the Visitor Center project in articulation with COM, RINST, and ESTO; plan virtual visits
Monitor GE and GIT events, including articulation with organizers and preparation of materials
