Candidates must have a completed higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. They should possess experience in software testing, good communication skills for reporting bugs and understanding requirements, and familiarity with productivity and workflow management tools like Azure DevOps. Basic programming logic, API consumption, and exploratory testing knowledge are also required. Experience with manual, load, stress, and performance testing, along with familiarity with tools such as Postman, Selenium, and BDD frameworks, are considered differentiators. English knowledge is also a plus. Candidates must be available for in-person meetings at the Savassi - BH office on the last Friday of each month.
The QA Analyst will create, execute, and monitor tests to ensure consistent deliveries with minimal defects. They will document and track issues clearly and precisely, maintain and execute regression tests to prevent impacts on existing functionalities, and collaborate with product, design, development, and QA teams to ensure delivery quality. The role also involves supporting the documentation of tests performed and contributing to the creation of communication and training materials for new releases.
