Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key company Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management
Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods
Makes use of and contributes to the company's PM Professions community

Responsibilities

Manage customer project delivery for very large/complex/single or multiple region projects
Manage revenue as detailed in Impact section
Manage high risk projects
Manage high complexity legal and commercial issues
Manage project financials including P&L
Provide reliable financial forecasts to the management team
Manage business development, including identifying and developing new opportunities with client
Support early qualification and opportunity assessment for large and complex opportunities
Act as opportunity manager for high risk deals
Manage client relationships, including upper level client delivery relationships
Frequently represent the organization to external customers/clients
Manage project team, including internal and external resources with a team size less than 40 people
Mentor and encourage skill development of project team members
Provide detailed performance review input and development recommendations for team members
