Requirements

  • University Degree, preferably with a relevant qualification (e.g., CAMS)
  • At least 3 years of experience in AML, audit, AML system operations, or internal control
  • Prior working experience in Fintech / Payment companies (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic working environment

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Tencent’s products and services stay in compliance with regulations and internal AML/CFT policy requirements
  • Develop guidelines and operational processes to support CDD (Customer Due Diligence) and transaction monitoring activities
  • Provide advice to business teams and other relevant units on AML (Anti-Money Laundering) related matters
  • Ensure ML (Money Laundering) / TF (Terrorist Financing) risks are adequately identified and mitigated by taking prompt and appropriate actions on any matters relating to ML/TF risk issues
  • Perform ongoing analysis on AML systems and processes and identify gaps to improve AML operations
  • Deliver AML/CTF (Combating the Financing of Terrorism) trainings and maintain Tencent’s overseas AML training plan
