Requirements

  • BA or BSc in Business / Marketing / Computer Science (MA, MSc, MBA a plus)
  • 6+ years’ experience in Category Business Development / Sales / Marketing / Go-To-Market
  • Understanding of the Compute market, the alliance ecosystem, and the digital transformation needs across top verticals
  • Ability to work in matrix organization, cross functional and virtual teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong strategic planning skills combined with business management excellence
  • Language Requirements: English and French or Dutch (required)

Responsibilities

  • Participate in development of the strategic business plan for the AMD/HPE alliance for your assigned Geo, in close collaboration with the Geo Category and Sales teams, and with the Alliance organization
  • Based on the defined yearly unit targets, drive the execution of key initiatives to hunt new customers and drive profitable growth
  • Coordinate the deal pipeline funnel, HPE/AMD forecasting, Inventory and business management updates on a bi-weekly basis, for best-in-class business impact and performance
  • Coordinate with the analytics resources, and create where necessary, executive reporting for the defined region
  • Drive awareness and enablement within Pre-Sales and Sales teams to stimulate HPE Solution value-based selling, targeted at prioritized workloads and use cases
  • Lead the QBR for your Geo
  • Host and attend HPE, channel partners and alliance partner meetings, training events, tradeshows and industry conferences representing the HPE/AMD alliance for your region
  • Coordinate the adoption of the AMD Category Programs across the region
