Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts
  • Proven success optimizing listings, managing ads, and driving operational KPIs
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with Amazon Ads Console, Helium 10, or similar tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM EST
  • Must be based in the Philippines

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central accounts
  • Maintain accurate and optimized product listings, ensuring top-tier content, imagery, and SEO compliance
  • Monitor account health, inventory levels, and order fulfillment to ensure adherence to Amazon performance standards
  • Collaborate with marketing and paid media teams to improve ACOS, ROAS, and organic ranking through advertising and promotional strategies
  • Generate and interpret sales and performance reports to identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to forecast demand and manage replenishment cycles
  • Lead troubleshooting of operational issues, including order defects, suppressed listings, and policy violations
  • Support marketplace expansion initiatives and explore new fulfillment or advertising solutions within Amazon’s ecosystem
