Requirements

Proven experience in a capacity planning, network design, or supply and logistics analytics role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead capacity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Advanced proficiency in Databricks
Advanced proficiency in Power BI (dashboard creation, data modelling)
Advanced proficiency in SQL (data extraction, transformation, and analysis)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Experience with network optimisation tools or simulation software is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Capacity Analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement
Ensure the logistics network has the right capacity in the right locations to meet both current and forecasted demand from stores and customers
Oversee the development, validation, and enhancement of network capacity models to support both tactical and strategic planning
Translate complex data into actionable insights using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL
Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial to align capacity planning with business objectives
Drive the standardisation of data sources, reporting processes, and modelling methodologies across the team
Evaluate and implement network optimisation tools and techniques to improve logistics efficiency
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling manner
Monitor key performance indicators and proactively identify capacity risks or opportunities
