Responsibilities

Administers daily workforce processes including staff scheduling, timekeeping, attendance line, and absence management to ensure operational continuity
Assesses organizational staffing needs, identifies requirements, and recommends effective solutions to meet workforce objectives aligned with enterprise strategic planning
Provides thorough analysis of talent and staffing needs, leveraging data to inform decision-making and support optimal resource allocation
Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of departmental, segment, and organizational strategies, as well as operating objectives and their interconnections with related business areas
Applies strong soft skills and effective communication in collaboration with leadership and back-office teams, promoting a positive and productive work environment
Exercises sound judgment in determining appropriate work methods, including the ability to resolve issues in ambiguous situations with minimal supervision
Adheres to established guidelines and procedures, while seeking guidance as needed to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
Maintains professionalism and confidentiality in all workforce management activities
