Responsibilities

  • Work closely with all engineering domains to support on ALM tool related topics
  • Support PMT organization to deploy current and new tool suites to engineering projects
  • Develop training material and train the users on using the ALM tool per the process
  • Act as first point of contact to users on ALM tool related topics i.e., tool usage, issue resolution, etc
  • Support users by creating tool related scripting and automations of repetitive tasks
  • Support engineering teams to extract charts and dashboards from the ALM tools
  • Support PMT team to ensure deployed ALM tools can satisfy the defined process
  • Support Configuration Manager, Change and Problem Resolution Manager to monitor and extract audit reports from the ALM tools
  • Act as a liaison between PMT and IT organization for ALM tools
  • Pilot new tools, perform tests with IT organization before upgrade or new tool roll out
  • Support multiple projects across different time zones - Asia, Europe, and North America
