Minimaal een afgeronde studie MTS (WTB/E/Mechatronica) of een aantoonbaar gelijkwaardig niveau, verkregen door aanvullende trainingen en werkervaring
Aanvullende vakspecifieke kennis m.b.t. eigen verantwoordelijkheidsgebied
VCA en NEN3140 getraind
Goede kennis van de Nederlands en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in soortgelijke functie en bij voorkeur in logistieke omgeving
Ervaring met het uitvoeren van (technische) projecten
Bereidheid tot werken in ploegen (onsite/standby) en on-call diensten buiten normale kantoortijden (ma t/m vr 23:00-6:00, za-zo 0:00-23:59)

Responsibilities

Beheren van instrumentatie, (productie)installaties, gebouwen en/of terreinen alsmede bijbehorende richtlijnen, procedures en standaarden binnen Breda
Bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van de kwaliteit/kwantiteit van het (productie)proces en -rendement
Bijdragen aan een storingsvrije productie(processen) middels innovatieve maintenance management
Uitvoeren van onderhoudsactiviteiten waarbij optimaal rekening gehouden wordt met budgetten en resources
Nauwe samenwerking met de gebruikersorganisatie op gebied van testen en implementeren van wijzigingen in installaties, gebouwen en/of terreinen
Vraagbaak voor gebruikers op lossen van gerelateerde problemen en nauwe samenwerking met de externe support-organisaties (Dematic/Dambach/overigen)
Uitvoeren van onderhoud voor eigen aandachtsgebied conform het onderhoudsplan
Begeleiden en bewaken van de uitvoering van uitbestede onderhoudswerkzaamheden
Inplannen van (preventief) onderhoud voor het eigen aandachtsgebied rekening houdend met het overkoepelende onderhoudsplan
Adviseren over kwantiteit/aard van de technische onderdelen voorraden
Begeleiden van derden bij het oplossen van complexe storingen
Signaleren van repeterende storingen en voorleggen van een eerste oplossing aan de relevante interne partij(en)
Verzorgen van nazorg na een tijdelijke oplossing van een storing
Vertalen van (wijzigingen in) interne/externe richtlijnen en wetgeving naar richtlijnen voor het eigen aandachtsgebied
Opstellen en beheren van (nieuwe) standaarden, richtlijnen, procedures en documentatie
Na goedkeuring implementeren en communiceren van standaarden
Verantwoordelijk voor naleving van de standaarden voor het eigen aandachtsgebied
Op verzoek leveren van input ten behoeve van het opstellen van het onderhoudsbudget
Beheren van een beheerssysteem voor het eigen aandachtsgebied
Verantwoordelijk voor up to date zijn van documenten/gegevens in het beheerssysteem
Pro-actief signaleren, analyseren en identificeren van trends/structurele knelpunten binnen het eigen aandachtsgebied
Doen van verbetervoorstellen door slim en creatief gebruik te maken van reeds aanwezige/bekende oplossingen
Na goedkeuring (laten) uitvoeren van oplossingen die leiden tot zichtbare verbeteringen op korte termijn
Zelfstandig aansturen en uitvoeren van projecten, veelal meerdere tegelijkertijd van beperkte complexiteit, binnen het eigen vakgebied
Ondersteunen van en leveren van bijdragen in grotere/bredere projecten vanuit eigen aandachtsgebied
Naleven van veiligheids-, Arbo- en milieurichtlijnen en anderen aanspreken op het afwijken ervan
Signaleren van en actie ondernemen bij onveilige situaties conform de geldige veiligheidsrichtlijnen
