The Alliance Lead will serve as the primary liaison for key strategic BioPharma accounts, providing operational guidance, governance, and strategic partnership expertise to drive account growth and ensure delivery excellence. This role involves partnering with senior client leadership to shape strategic roadmaps, overseeing operational performance, identifying growth opportunities, and leading the resolution of escalations. The Alliance Lead will also influence senior leadership across Thermo Fisher divisions, align business units to shared strategies, champion innovation in partnership models, and provide strategic leadership to the Alliance Leadership community.
