Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience, along with 2-5 years of experience in software or cloud engineering. Required skills include hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (Azure AI, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Cognitive Services), working with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI), prompt engineering, and AI-driven automation. Proficiency in Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud deployment practices, and strong problem-solving skills are also necessary. Experience building AI-powered workflows using S is a bonus.

Responsibilities

The AI Solution Engineer will build and support AI agents and intelligent workflows using Microsoft Azure tools, including Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, and Copilot Studio. Responsibilities include designing and implementing AI-powered orchestration and automation for use cases such as configuration streamlining, onboarding automation, and data migration. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions, developing APIs, scripts, and tools to connect LLM-based agents with enterprise systems, and supporting the testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI workflows. Staying current with Microsoft's AI platform roadmap and emerging industry trends, as well as contributing to the evolution of the internal AI delivery model and promoting AI best practices, are also key duties.
