Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of hands-on experience building cloud software for the security market, with past experience in building AI-driven products. Deep technical expertise in cloud-native development workflows, including Kubernetes, Python, microservices architecture, and AWS/GCP services, is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to work independently and lead projects from conception to completion are essential. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is a plus, as is experience in the cybersecurity industry or with security-related AI applications.

Responsibilities

The Senior Engineer will lead the development of innovative AI-driven solutions from concept to first product version, designing and implementing cloud-based products and prototypes with a focus on leveraging GenAI technologies. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business requirements and define KPIs and use cases, driving the development process through all stages from initial ideas to production-ready implementations. The role involves working closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of solutions into production environments, staying current with the latest advancements in AI-related cloud technologies, and educating colleagues on topics of AI and innovation to contribute to the growth of the AI Innovation team.
