  • Capability to maintain a risk register and prioritization framework based on severity, prevalence, exposure, and trajectory
  • Experience detecting and deep diving into emerging abuse patterns
  • Ability to partner with investigations, operations, and product teams to surface misuse patterns across products like Sora, chats, and integrations
  • Proficiency in running structured deep dives on incidents (e.g., synthetic impersonation, scams, targeted harassment, coordinated influence)
  • Skills in connecting incidents to system-level stories about actors, incentives, product weaknesses, and spillover
  • Ability to translate findings into ranked risk lists and concrete mitigation proposals
  • Experience collaborating with Safety Systems, Integrity, and Product teams on solutions like classification, UX guardrails, friction, enforcement, and detection
  • Capability to track mitigation effectiveness through indicators, assumption testing, and course corrections
  • Skills in defining core metrics and signals for AI-social safety (e.g., harm prevalence, severity, escalation, brand safety)
  • Experience working with data science and visualization for monitoring dashboards and leading indicators
  • Ability to propose targeted probes, reviews, and experiments for launches and changes
  • Proficiency in producing concise, decision-ready briefs for leadership, safety forums, and partners
  • Expertise in running scenario analyses for future-looking perspectives
