Solutions Architect, AI Factory Infrastructure
NVIDIAFull Time
Entry Level & New Grad
Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, platform architecture, or automation development with a proven track record of building production-grade AI solutions at scale, including chatbots, document automation, generative AI applications, and platform infrastructure. Expertise in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face is required, along with extensive experience in cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise deployment patterns, APIs, system integration, workflow automation, and platform engineering. A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is necessary, and a deep understanding of generative AI technologies, enterprise implementation patterns, AI governance, MLOps, and experience in the semiconductor or hardware industries are highly desirable.
The AI Platform Architect will design and own the technical architecture for enterprise AI platform infrastructure and deployment strategies, build, fine-tune, and integrate AI models into production workflows, and create scalable automation tools and AI assistants to reduce manual effort. This role involves translating business requirements into AI/automation use cases and technical roadmaps, driving AI adoption through intuitive interfaces and integrations, and collaborating with IT leadership on AI governance, data privacy, security, and compliance. The architect will also coordinate and provide technical direction to development teams, mentor junior engineers, and lead AI training and evangelization initiatives to demonstrate business impact and ROI.
