Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and have 3–5 years of experience in L&D, instructional design, or digital learning development. They should also have hands-on experience using AI tools in a training, coaching, or content creation context, along with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and data-driven learning design.

Responsibilities

The AI Learning Specialist will design and develop adaptive learning modules using AI-powered platforms, integrate AI/ML tools into LMS/LXP environments, train internal stakeholders on AI tools, leverage AI and machine learning to analyze learner behavior and engagement, provide actionable insights to improve learning journeys, and stay updated with AI trends in education and L&D. They will also translate business needs into AI-based learning use cases and collaborate with L&D teams and IT to implement these solutions.
