Generative AI Annotation Operations Engineer
Sustainable TalentFull Time
Mid-level (3 to 4 years), Senior (5 to 8 years)
The ideal candidate possesses proficiency in Generative AI foundations, including Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering. They should have experience with designing and implementing cloud-native, scalable infrastructure for AI workloads on platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, and be skilled in building AI deployment pipelines using MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep). Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, Flink) and data integration is also required, along with familiarity with agentic frameworks like Semantic Kernel and cloud-native AI development.
The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI systems, intelligent agents, and orchestration frameworks, focusing on streamlining the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions. Responsibilities include designing and implementing GenAI solutions using LLMs and RAG capabilities, defining best practices for prompt engineering, and contributing to the Unit4 AI Foundation platform. The role involves building modular agents, defining best practices for agent tooling, implementing agent orchestration protocols for multi-agent collaboration, and developing adaptive planning engines. Additionally, the engineer will design cloud-native infrastructure for agent workloads, build robust pipelines for AI deployment and lifecycle management, ensure observability and monitoring of agent performance, and integrate structured and unstructured data sources using event-driven architectures.
