Candidates should have proven experience editing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar short-form platforms, a strong understanding of retention editing, social media trends, and visual storytelling, proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro, and familiarity with AI green screen tools and techniques. Detail-orientedness with a good sense of pacing and viewer engagement is also required, along with experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands and an understanding of paid media and performance-focused video editing.
The AI-Driven Video Editor will edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram using engaging, retention-driven techniques, work with AI green screen formats, blending video and static B-roll creatively, enhance content using platform-specific best practices and trend-based editing styles, collaborate with the content team to shape concepts into compelling visual stories, and maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all video content.
