Responsibilities

  • Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers, articulating the “art of the possible” and a clear path to value
  • Deeply understand each customer’s domain and business processes to prioritize the most impactful use cases
  • Frame problems and scope deployments with executives and SMEs; define success metrics and guardrails
  • Oversee implementation with product, solutions engineering, and account teams to ensure seamless integration and usability
  • Drive change management: design onboarding materials, train users, monitor adoption, and close feedback loops
  • Measure and scale value: quantify ROI, refine KPIs, and expand successful use cases across teams or departments
  • Translate between technical and business language to align C-suite, domain experts, and builders
  • Establish operating artifacts: deployment plans, playbooks/runbooks, value trackers, and stakeholder cadences
