  • Serves as a strategic and technical bridge between Digital Channel Experience (DCE) AI technology, IT, and end users
  • Expertise as subject matter expert in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, with ability to identify and troubleshoot technical challenges
  • Ability to lead design, development, and deployment of Digital Channel’s AI programs
  • Knowledge of ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance
  • Ability to develop end-to-end test plans and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Stays current with AI and machine learning advancements
  • Maintains professional image, demeanor, Credit Union RISE Values, Code of Ethics
  • Complies with State, Federal, NCUA rules, Credit Union policies, physical/online security procedures, and maintains confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical guidance and mentorship to end users, ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Collaborates with internal departments to define specifications and knowledge bases, aligning with business objectives
  • Monitors system performance and oversees installation, configuration, and maintenance of AI tools and software
  • Installs, configures, and maintains AI software and hardware systems
  • Monitors and optimizes AI system performance, including KPIs such as accuracy, processing speed, and resource utilization
  • Ensures AI models and assistants are trained using relevant data and feedback, assessing and adjusting based on user experience and business needs
  • Develops and implements strategies for AI system optimization and makes necessary adjustments
  • Maintains up-to-date AI infrastructure and tools; applies system updates and patches
  • Ensures secure, efficient data collection, storage, and processing for AI model training and operations
  • Conducts regular system inspections to identify performance gaps, vulnerabilities, or improvement opportunities
  • Implements and enforces data governance standards, including privacy, access control, and compliance
  • Safeguards data integrity and system security through continuous monitoring and proactive mitigation
  • Provides application support to end users, resolving issues and offering guidance
  • Leads system maintenance, software testing, application troubleshooting, updates, and performance monitoring
  • Assists users with system navigation and technical issues; offers training and develops training materials/documentation
