Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field (e.g., technical or AI product sales or customer success)
  • Drive to effectively communicate the benefits of novel initiatives and rally others to achieve success
  • Project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Collaboration skills with various departments and international teams
  • Ability to clearly communicate AI and its transformative potential to stakeholders
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm for AI and a desire to stay on the cutting edge of industry trends
  • Excellent English and Japanese communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

  • Design and curate AI learning pathways tailored to various roles and personas in collaboration with selected learning content creation vendors
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Engineering, Studio, and Operations to integrate AI learning content into existing programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of AI learning initiatives and continuously improve programs to meet evolving business needs. Lead the planning, development, and ongoing updates of learning content, including courses, workshops, and on-demand resources, as needed
  • Stay abreast of AI trends and advancements, ensuring the currency and effectiveness of learning materials
  • Localize the program for Japanese learners
  • Support the implementation of a company-wide AI skills enhancement program
  • Contribute to the development of a roadmap for AI integration within SIE
