The position offers a Hybrid Workstyle, allowing work from the office, home, or satellite office, subject to the organization's rules and business instructions.

Required experience includes planning and advancing alliance strategies with global companies, business promotion and project management, communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, and business English proficiency (TOEIC 800+ with experience in English negotiations).

Compensation is year-based salary (including some fixed overtime), determined by experience, skills, performance, and contribution per company regulations, with annual reviews and special one-time incentives based on company performance and individual contribution.

The team consists of about 70 members ranging from late 20s to late 40s.
