Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in agricultural equipment sales or a related industry. Strong sales skills and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships are essential, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
The Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing tailored equipment solutions, and driving revenue growth within their territory. They will proactively identify sales opportunities, educate customers on equipment through presentations and demos, use CRM tools to manage sales activities, and work closely with sales managers and support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery. Additionally, they will represent the ASCO brand with professionalism and stay up-to-date on industry knowledge.
