Candidates need a technical career or bachelor's degree (completed or incomplete) in Systems, Informatics or similar, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience providing support via phone, chat portal. Basic knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Outlook, browsers like Chrome and Edge, ticketing tools like ServiceNow, remote access tools, and VPN is required.
You will receive calls, create tickets, resolve software/hardware IT incidents within scope, document solutions, escalate tickets to second-level groups, use knowledge bases, follow up on assigned tickets, and participate in service improvements.
