Requirements

  • DEC in logistics, administration, or accounting (or equivalent experience)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a role combining customer service, technical support, and logistics coordination
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Good knowledge of accounting (charts of accounts, payroll, financial statements)
  • Excellent organization, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team spirit, curiosity, and rigor in follow-up
  • Basic knowledge of English (due to anglophone clients, partners, and suppliers; occasional communication in English)

  • Experience in agile project management
  • Knowledge of the road transport industry

Responsibilities

  • Planification & implantation: Coordinate and ensure the successful implementation of the Unicom software at client sites
  • Soutien technique: Provide professional and rapid support to users, resolve their requests, and perform necessary tests
  • Formation & accompagnement: Train clients, guide them in software configuration, and offer personalized support
  • Collaboration interéquipes: Work closely with technical, administrative, and development teams to ensure optimal client satisfaction
  • Documentation & amélioration continue: Update procedures and propose improvement ideas to optimize processes and tools
