Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plan with the Sales and Service Leaders to achieve the spare parts sales, profit, and growth targets
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers, matching their needs with tailored aftermarket solutions from Xylem’s WI spare parts portfolio
  • Deliver industry updates, market insights, and customer account plans to meet Xylem's business requirements
  • Prioritise new initiatives to sell spare parts effectively to maximize revenue and maintain a balanced product portfolio
  • Advocate Xylem’s Spare parts sales and growth by actively participating in marketing campaigns, sales promotions, exhibitions, and tradeshows to grow the customer base and strengthen relationships
  • Collaborate with the Sales team, attend sales meetings, and provide comprehensive written and verbal reports, including Salesforce CRM updates
