AfterHours Care Coordinator (US Healthcare) - EST Hours (Remote) at A1M Solutions

Yes, this is a fully remote working role.

The role requires working 5 rotational days a week between Monday to Sundays with 2 rest days, and shift lengths vary from 7–12 hours to total a 45-hour work week, during EST hours.

Required skills include excellent English verbal and written communication, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving and decision-making, MS Office and Outlook proficiency, plus preferred background in healthcare, customer care, call center, scheduling, or workforce coordination.

A fixed fibre line with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds supporting wired Ethernet is mandatory, along with a reliable power backup solution for outages.

Strong candidates have healthcare experience, background in customer care, call centers, scheduling, or coordination, excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, problem-solving prowess, and familiarity with remote work or night shifts.
