A mandatory requirement is a fixed fibre internet line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) supporting a wired Ethernet connection, along with a reliable power backup solution.
The Afterhours Care Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. pediatric homecare clients during EST after-hours, managing urgent requests, schedule changes, and escalations.
