Requirements

Candidates should possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, and strong multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Experience in the healthcare industry, customer care, call centers, scheduling, or workforce coordination is highly beneficial, with remote work or night shift experience being an advantage. Familiarity with U.S.-based healthcare operations is a plus. A mandatory requirement is a fixed fibre internet line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) supporting a wired Ethernet connection, along with a reliable power backup solution.

Responsibilities

The Afterhours Care Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. pediatric homecare clients during EST after-hours, managing urgent requests, schedule changes, and escalations. Responsibilities include monitoring communication channels, responding promptly to inquiries, coordinating staff scheduling for consistent coverage, and collaborating with the daytime operations team for seamless transitions. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation of all after-hours activities and ensuring adherence to client service standards for overall operational efficiency.
