The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering within Integrated Risk Management or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions and programs. A strong understanding of risk management, policy and compliance management, business continuity, crisis planning, disaster recovery, vendor risk/third party supply chain management, privacy management, and regulatory change management is essential. Experience with GRC solutions like Archer, MetricStream, IBM OpenPages, or OneTrust, as well as regulatory compliance knowledge in the financial services vertical, is required. The ability to architect and effectively communicate solutions is also necessary.
This role involves creating innovative solutions using ServiceNow's Integrated Risk Management (IRM) capabilities to address customer pain points and answer questions about the IRM solution. The Advisory Solution Consultant will provide solution leadership and expertise to customers during sales engagements, leveraging IRM solutions to acquire and retain clients. Responsibilities include developing and contributing to sales campaigns focused on IRM and GRC solutions, maintaining a showcase of IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, and helping to develop programs for other Solution Consultants. Key duties also include configuring solution environments to meet customer requirements, collaborating with Product Management and Development to enhance products, sharing best practices with colleagues, staying current on competitive analyses, and supporting marketing events such as user conferences, trade shows, analyst demonstrations, and webinars.
