Must be physically present in their assigned office during duty hours
A backfill must be available to perform the responsibilities of this position in the event of an absence greater than two duty days (backfill shall not borrow contractor personnel from another Division)
Top Secret Security Clearance required

Responsibilities

Perform routine administrative tasks including answering phones, greeting visitors, arranging and administratively preparing for meetings (both in person and virtually)
Provide a monthly status update on fulfillment of duties
Provide Task Management Support: Track task assignment, distribution, status, completion dates, and other notes in the PI Tasker Spreadsheet or similar format; track staff meeting taskers/actions; report daily status of tasks and assignment completion to the Government
Manage and secure all offices and conference rooms associated with them
Ensure monitors, projectors, and lights are off at end of day, printers are filled with paper, and conference rooms are free of trash, clutter, or materials left behind to prepare for following meetings
Ensure safeguarding and proper record keeping of all work performed, maintained on government servers (non-classified on Electronic Filing Plan (EFP); classified in government-approved safes or filing cabinets accessible to government personnel)
