Requirements

  • 2-5 years of proven administrative support experience
  • Intermediate to advanced ability to work with Microsoft Office applications, including working knowledge of Google Calendars, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with an acute ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization
  • Organized self-starter who is resourceful, collaborative, and decisive
  • Proactivity, ability to anticipate needs, and excellent judgment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with diplomacy, discretion, high degree of accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
  • Must live in the United States and be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars of all supported leaders including the CTO and 3 SVPs, while adjusting logistics, scheduling and reworking meetings, maintaining clear communication with all parties as needed
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage domestic travel arrangements and provide real-time support throughout duration of travel
  • Manage all meeting logistics including booking rooms, ordering of food, etc
  • Technology event logistics and coordination such as hackathons, product roadmap sessions, team gatherings, and other gatherings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up
  • Attend meetings as needed, taking meeting minutes and following up on action items
  • Submit and reconcile monthly expense accounts
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Provide back-up support to the Admin team and Office Coordinator
