Responsibilities

  • Creating a yearly employee experience and community relations calendar, coordinating the events and giveaways
  • Supervising the EHS and company operations, coordinating audits, inspections, and maintenance of the facilities, coordinating relevant employee training and supervising the company’s emergency notification system
  • Managing the office administration including document control, ordering groceries, maintaining the office kitchen, ordering office supplies, and managing supplier relations
  • Supervising company logistics including post, national and international carriers, customs brokers, and various shipping agents
  • Managing suppliers and purchasing, supervising the company’s attendance application, and creating monthly payroll reports
  • Operating as the HR liaison on-site, onboarding new employees and offboarding terminated employees
  • Collaborate with various employee groups and managers, and support different departments in needed logistics & administrative efforts
  • Creating a good employee experience within the company, including organizing social events, ordering gifts, scheduling community assistance activities to maintain good citizenship and additional logistics for our employees
  • Manage the company’s environment, health, and safety by ensuring we follow company regulations
  • Work closely with contractors to ensure our facilities are in top shape
