Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to approximately five teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Prepare and manage donation, sponsorship, and physician service agreements, including coordination with internal stakeholders and legal/compliance teams, while meeting deadlines
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, vendor management, and routing of payment requests
  • Support the planning and execution of meetings, trainings, and conferences, including logistics, training materials, and follow-up
  • Assist in travel arrangements for physicians
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing in accordance with company policies
