Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative services for all members of the company
  • Sending correspondence
  • Preparing orders
  • Office support (stationery, paper, water, tea, coffee, milk, organization of equipment repair, refilling cartridges, organization of office cleaning, minor repairs)
  • Preparation of invoices for payment to the accounting department
  • Organization of business trips for employees within the country and outside the country (drawing up contracts, their approval in the UDA system, sending them for signature, entering contracts into 1C, creating PRs, creating some reporting)
  • Communication with existing suppliers, execution of all documents and procedures in accordance with the policy and requirements of Purchasing
  • Prepare registration dossiers
  • Providing local support on safety issues
