The Administrative & IT Support Specialist will handle daily administrative tasks, including managing office operations, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records, as well as assisting with document preparation, data entry, and report generation. They will also provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, set up and maintain office computers and equipment, troubleshoot common IT problems, manage user accounts and access permissions, and support IT projects such as software updates and cybersecurity initiatives.
