Responsibilities

Provide administrative and executive support to the Technical Center Director
Manage calendar, coordinate meetings and organize events/conferences for clients, board members and VIPs
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Plan and monitor secretarial budget, including invoice verification and approval
Oversee office procurement, open orders, and supplies management
Coordinate with service providers partnering with the Technical Center
Supervise office equipment maintenance and functionality
Organize and oversee the vehicle fleet replacement process
Analyze, monitor, and optimize fleet-related costs
Manage vehicle handovers and returns, maintain documentation, and provide technical support to users
Coordinate vehicle repairs, damage reporting, and tire replacements
Enforce company car usage policies
Provide consultation on new vehicle configurations
Manage pool cars
Collaborate with internal and external clients and suppliers
