Strong affiliate marketing experience, including managing and optimizing affiliate revenue, is essential, along with specific experience in affiliate and iGaming. The role requires strong analytical skills for data interpretation, troubleshooting, and data-driven decision-making.
The Ad Ops Specialist will operate and manage the ad tech stack, improve revenue performance, and resolve technical issues by collaborating with commercial, BI, operations, and product teams. Key duties include setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns, troubleshooting ad serving issues, managing affiliate offers and accounts, monitoring affiliate performance, analyzing ad performance metrics, exploring new revenue opportunities, and assisting with monthly reporting and commercial suite dashboards.
