Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. They must possess 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, particularly with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google Ads, DV360, remarketing, and conversion tracking. A high degree of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is required, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure are essential, and previous experience with retail brands is a significant advantage. Knowledge of additional languages, especially Spanish and French, is a bonus.
The Ad Operations Specialist will assist the Account Manager in managing client accounts, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring project deadlines are met. They will develop strategic plans for effective digital advertising campaigns, navigate various advertising platforms to audit campaigns and report on performance, and oversee campaign budget management. Creating client-facing reports and implementing innovative testing initiatives in key areas will be part of their duties. They are also responsible for ensuring project milestones are achieved and that internal processes are followed while actively monitoring and improving campaigns.
