Responsibilities

Lead and motivate your AR team, ensuring processes are followed and goals are achieved
Partner with Revenue Operations colleagues to keep the order-to-cash process efficient and accurate
Deliver detailed weekly aging reports and track key AR metrics
Investigate and resolve customer queries in partnership with internal stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements within the AR team
Support the Accounts Receivable Manager on department projects
Contribute to internal controls and policies to ensure compliance and best practices
Maintain a thorough understanding of Diligent products and services
