Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage and maintain the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and handling queries from customers and internal stakeholders. Key duties include processing revenue invoices, coding and referencing debtor invoices, generating various sales invoices, and working with clients to obtain necessary information. The role also involves ad hoc analysis for the finance function, continuous improvement of the AR process, completion and updating of charging sheets, managing the funding/billing process, and assisting with month-end closing through financial reports. Additionally, the specialist will manage the accounts receivable mailbox and provide timely responses to queries from internal and external clients.
