Requirements

Minimum 2 years in an Accounts Receivable or an applicable role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Strong data entry skills
Strong in Excel or other spreadsheet software
Ability to multi-task
Attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Strong mathematical skills
Experience working with NetSuite is a plus
Experience with foreign currencies is preferred but not required
Desire to learn and grow within an organization
Ability to successfully pass a background check and credit check

Responsibilities

Serve as the point person for internal and external payment related inquiries throughout the company
Entering daily deposits efficiently
Credit card processing
Credit card reconciliation
ACH reconciliation
Customer account billing and payment disputes
Calling customers to follow up on discrepancies in payment
Support the Finance Team by investigating and resolving payment related inquiries
Other responsibilities and enterprise duties as assigned
