Responsibilities

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding billing inquiries and payment discrepancies, accurately maintain AR aging reports, monitor incoming payments, follow up with assigned BizDev reps to ensure timely responses to rate requests, and resolve invoicing errors and unapplied cash. They will also create and monitor customer aging reports, collect past due invoices, build relationships with key customers, and manage invoicing processes, including ACH payments, while ensuring accurate billing rates and timely payments.
